1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas or peak seasons may take 10–30 business days.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
3. Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number.
You will receive it by email once your order ships.
4. Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking may take 3–7 days to update, especially for international shipments.
This is normal with global logistics.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

- a photo of the item
We’ll replace it or refund you.

Yes! All products at Luxeragem are carefully selected from trusted suppliers and go through quality checks.
11. Do the colors match what I see online?
We try our best to show accurate images, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

12. My package says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
Please:
- Check with family or neighbors
- Check your mailbox and local post office
- Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
If you still can’t find it, contact us.
13. I entered the wrong address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped yet, we can update your address.
